Orders can be canceled within 24 hours by reaching out to [email protected] and referencing your order number. Cancellations submitted beyond 24 hours and before shipping is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any order shipped cannot be canceled.

Due to the personalized nature of our products we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any item. We do not replace, exchange, or refund orders due to incorrectly ordered items. If there is a mistake or damage to your product caused by us, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the problem.

We cannot be held responsible for any formatting and/or typographical errors that were submitted by the customer during the order process (e.g. misspelled names or dates).
