Due to the personalized nature of our products we are not able to accept returns on any items. 


If there is an error or damage on our part, please contact us so we can remedy the problem.

We cannot be held responsible for any formatting and/or typographical errors that were sent by the customer (such as providing misspelled names or dates). We do not replace, exchange, or refund orders due to incorrectly ordered items (such as ordering the wrong dates, layout, color, etc.).


We cannot cancel any order once it is placed. The process to create your items begins immediately.
